Do we need a title?
2nd posting: I am actually starting to look forward to "my time" everyday for getting healthier. Did Parham Bridges yesterday. Got hot, so I went back to fleet feet and spent more money. Bought one of those fancy shirts that have the silver threads. I will try not to wash it for 30 days and see how that works, like the presentation lady said this past saturday morning. Having fun with this "exercise" and that is a nice change from my past experiences.
