Went the distance, talking & walking
Joined a friend today at Strawberry Patch Park, for earlier morning walk. She IS a walker/talker so before I realized it, 50 minutes had passed. Sorry, Mark, I will do better next time to only do 40. My whole day was more energized, getting started earlier. I will definitely walk with her on a more regular basis. She has been a serious walker for many years, and makes me laugh.
