Early Wog

The new job is going well.

Because I am a marathoner, rising early each morning to get my wog in before I go to the office IS NOT A PROBLEM. I even am taking my big puppy along each morning, and she did fine on her longest trek thus far (55 minutes) around my shady, slightly hilly, neighborhood.

Its a good feeling, accomplishing that daily goal of time spent training. I WILL be ready for October, body willing. Reading about folks having troubles has caused me to buy some flatter shoes for work, almost barefoot. Can't afford to be falling off high shoes.

My big puppy is sleeping more soundly at night (no three a.m. yips), since she's been training for the marathon. Bet no one would steal my Ipod if she were with me in Chicago for the 26 miles.

You are doing great. I am not going to be able to keep up with you! Congrats on the job. As for me, I just want to retire! :)

Good news about the job. I'm another one wearing flat shoes at work. I keep them in my office and change as soon as I get there See you tomorrow!
