Losing teeth gives me an energy boost?
Had another tooth removed this a.m. 2nd one in two weeks. Doctor said it was "very dead", tho it was not hurting. George May just took it right on out this a.m., easy easy. No pain. No twilight arm drip, just a few injections. Once I was back at my house, I just had this burst of energy. Been energized all day. I did take a few advil, held the ice bag on my face, put on my robe, and kept expecting it to start being uncomfortable. Never did. While I waited for it to start hurting, I did some housework, wrapped some ebay stuff for shipping, ran some errands, made my 5 p.m. pedicure appointment, picked up supper on the way home from that - NO PAIN! Maybe I am better shape than I thought. Must be the MM TRAINING.

probably is!! or could be you just were expecting the worst, since you had such a terrible time last time. either way, i'm glad for you. and i'm sure your toes are happier too!
did renee laugh at your marathon feet like she did mine???
I want some of your Advil!:) Glad you did so well.

AMY!!!! Seriously. You need to be careful. You should not do much physical activity the day you have a tooth taken out. No matter how pain-free or easy it might seem. The second and or third days are always the worst. I know George does a magnificent job, but an extraction is an extraction. PLEASE be careful. Take it easy. I don't want to lecture you or anything...especially since I don't work for your dentist anymore :-( but I want you to be able to do your 8 miles this weekend.....I am very glad you are feeling ok, and hopefully you will continue to feel great! But, don't overdo it. I see this all the time!!!!!
I agree with Mandy. The reason you were pain free was because of the local injection of numbing medicine - marcaine can last 10 hours or so.
Take care and don't overdo it!
Hope to see you soon!

Glad you are feeling good. Didn't mean to be a lecturer. Just wanted you to be safe!!!! Glad everything did well afterwards!
